A NEW TAX SYSTEM (GOODS AND SERVICES TAX) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 206 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Regulations 1999 to increase from $50,000 to $75,000 the GST registration turnover thresholds for all entities other than non-profit bodies and increase from $100,000 to $150,000 the GST registration turnover threshold for non-profit bodies.
