1991 No. 10 AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM REGULATIONS - REG 9
Liquor not to be sold or supplied to intoxicated persons
9. The holder of an authority must not supply liquor to a person in respect of
whom there are reasonable grounds for believing that he or she is intoxicated.
Penalty: $500.
