1984 No. 77 AIR FORCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Schedule 4 to the Air Force Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting the last modification of paragraph 1111 and substituting-

"Omit from clause 9 the words 'If by error, or in emergency, he has been
ordered to perform any duty, he is not thereby absolved from liability to be
proceeded against for the offence for which he is under arrest.'.
Omit clause 12. "; and

   (b)  by omitting from the modification of paragraph 1154 all the words from
        and including ' "2. Great care' to and including 'under the Act.".'.
