1993 No. 55 AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3
3. Regulation 5 (Prescribed classes of visas)
3.1 Subregulation 5 (1): Insert before paragraph (a):
"(aa) Group 1.4 (resident return (permanent entry)) visas, within the meaning
of the Migration (1993) Regulations, issued to eligible persons; and".
3.2 Paragraph 5 (1) (a): After "Migration Regulations", add "as in force
during the period from 19 December 1989 to 31 January 1993".
