- Description:These Regulations amend the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Regulations 1995 to add all tributyltin (TBT) compounds to the existing list of export controlled chemicals in Schedule 1 following the listing of TBT in Annex III of the Rotterdam Convention.
