Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
(Patent Attorneys) Regulations.

Amendment of Schedule 1 to Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975


  2. (1) Schedule 1 to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 is amended
by omitting Part XXIV.
  (2) The amendment made by sub-regulation (1) does not affect any application
made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal before the commencement of these
Regulations, or any matter or thing arising out of, or any proceeding
incidental to or connected with, any such application.
