The Apple and Pear Levy Regulations are amended by adding at the end the
following regulation:
Prescribed class of fruit
  "4. For the purposes of sub-section 7(4) of the Apple and Pear Levy Act
1976, fruit sold for stockfood is a prescribed class of fruit.".
