2.1 Add at the end: Merging entities; merged entity; merger day-AOTC

   (a)  OTC Trunked Radio Systems Pty Limited and AOTC are a set of merging
        entities; and

   (b)  AOTC is the merged entity in relation to the set; and

   (c)  31 January 1993 is the merger day in relation to the set and the
        merged entity.".
