1. Amendment


  1.1 The Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation Regulations
are amended as set out in these Regulations.
(NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s.48.)

  2.1 Add at the end:
Merging entities; merged entity; merger day-AOTC
  (a) OTC Trunked Radio Systems Pty Limited and AOTC are a set of merging
entities; and
  (b) AOTC is the merged entity in relation to the set; and
  (c) 31 January 1993 is the merger day in relation to the set and the merged
entity.".
