- Description:These Regulations amend the Workplace Relations Regulations 2006 to modify the operation of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and amend the Workplace Relations Regulations 2006. The amendments are consequential on amendments to the Workplace Relations Act 1996 made by the Workplace Relations Amendment (Transition to Forward with Fairness) Act 2008.
