1990 No. 28 WHEAT INDUSTRY FUND REGULATIONS - REG 13

13. (1) The Board must keep a Register of holders of equity.

(2) The Register must state:

   (a)  the name and address of each holder of equity; and

   (b)  the amount of levy (if any) paid by the holder in respect of the last
        season; and

   (c)  the amount of the holder's equity in the Fund; and

   (d)  if a certificate of equity has been issued to the holder-the number of
        the certificate; and

   (e)  if the Board is told of the transfer of a certificate of equity-the
        name and address of the new holder and the date of transfer.
