  3. In these Regulations:
  Act means the Telecommunications Act 1997.

Criminal law-enforcement agencies


  4. For paragraph (g) of the definition of criminal law-enforcement 
agency in subsection 282 (10) of the Act, the Police Integrity 
Commission of New South Wales is a prescribed authority.
