TRADE PRACTICES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 96 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Trade Practices Regulations 1974 to limit the ocupational liability of eligable members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA), CPA Australia, Professional Suveyors Occupational Association (PSOA) (NSW) and Victorian Bar Incorporated Professional Standards Schemes under section 52 of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
