TRANS-TASMAN MUTUAL RECOGNITION ACT 1997

- Description:These Regulations amend the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 to permanently exempt section 9B of the South Australian Summary Offences Act 1953 from the operation of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1998.
