1. Amendment

  1.1 The Therapeutic Goods Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 36 (Australian Drug Evaluation Committee)

  2.1 Paragraph 36 (3) (a):
Omit "6 or 7", substitute "8 or 9".

  2.2 Paragraph 36 (4) (a):
Add at the end:
  "(iii) 2 persons, both of whom have experience in consumer health issues and
one of whom has relevant technical expertise; and".
