1.   Amendment


  1.1   The Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in
these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 3 (Charges)


  2.1   After the regulation, insert:
  "(NOTE:  Charges reduced where annual turnover is not more than $50,000
   Under regulation 45A of the Therapeutic Goods
Regulations, the annual charge for a licence under Part 4 of the Act, payable
by a person whose wholesale turnover of therapeutic goods in a financial year
is not more than $50,000, is half of the relevant amount specified in
subregulation 3 (2).)".

  3.1   Subregulation 5 (2):
Omit "regulation 3", substitute "subregulation 3 (1)".
