THERAPEUTIC GOODS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 140 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990 to allow the Secretary to delegate all or any of his or her powers to a person employed by a national therapeutic goods regulatory authority of another country but seconded to a position in the TGA and to allow the change of name of the person in relation to whom a kind of medical device is entered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods in circumstances where the original person to whom the medical device is included in the Register transfers or assigns his or her business or interest to which the kind of device relates, to another person.
