THERAPEUTIC GOODS (CHARGES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 118 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Regulations 1990 to increase by 3.6 per cent, most charges for medicines and medical devices which are included in the Register, while some charges will increase by 10 per cent.
