TRADE COMMISSIONERS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1979 NO. 38 TRADE COMMISSIONERS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1979 NO. 38 - TABLE OF PROVISIONS 1. 1979 No. 38 TRADE COMMISSIONERS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1 After regulation 36 of the Trade Commissioners Regulations the following regulation is added: Allowances for living expenses on arrival at or departure from a post " 37. (1) A Commissioner who has to use hotel accommodation- (a) on arrival at an overseas post prior to obtaining permanent accommodation; or (b) at an overseas post at the end of his posting, shall be entitled to be paid by way of allowance for the period of that use such amounts as he would be entitled to be paid if he were an officer of the Australian Public Service. " (2) An entitlement of a Commissioner under sub-regulation (1) shall be subject to the same conditions that would be applicable to the corresponding entitlement of an officer of the Australian Public Service.
