1. Amendment


  1.1 The Superannuation (Salary) Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 13 (Salary of certain eligible employees on leave of absence
without pay)


  2.1 Subparagraph 13 (2) (d) (i):
  Omit "Australian Telecommunications Corporation", substitute "Australian and
Overseas Telecommunications Corporation".

3. Regulation 22 (Annual rate of salary of employees remunerated under
incentive schemes)


  3.1 Subregulation 22 (2):
  Omit "officer or employee of the Australian Telecommunications Commission",
substitute "employee of the Australian and Overseas Telecommunications
Corporation".
  3.2 Paragraph 22 (2) (b):
  Omit "officer or".
  3.3 Subregulation 22 (4):
  Omit the subregulation.
