Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1
September 1984.

Statutory offices


  2. Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Statutory Offices) Regulations is
amended by adding at the end the following sub-regulation:
  "(2) The office of member of the Inter-State Commission is a statutory
office for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976.".
