Clause 3 (Interpretation) 1997 No. 71 SUPERANNUATION (PSS) MEMBERSHIP EXCLUSION DECLARATION (AMENDMENT) - REG 1 1. Amendment .1 The Superannuation (PSS) Membership Exclusion Declaration is amended as set out in this Declaration. [NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.] 1997 No. 71 SUPERANNUATION (PSS) MEMBERSHIP EXCLUSION DECLARATION (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 2.
