SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 134 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the SIS Regulations 1994 which are the same as item 11 in SIS Amendment Regulations 2007 No. 5 but with a commencement date of 4 October 2007 (when the regulations were originally made). The new amendments are required because item 11 imposes a retrospective detriment on individuals.
