SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 34 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations provide exemptions to the general prohibition that a trustee of a superannuation fund, or an associate of the trustee, not provide or withhold a good or a service to a person on the condition that one or more of their employees becomes a member of the superannuation fund.
