SUPERANNUATION (CSS) (SUPERANNUATION GUARANTEE) REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 165 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations provide for top-up benefits in the Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme (CSS) to be based on Ordinary Time Earnings, rather than the scheme's superannuation salary, to comply with the requirements of the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 from 1 July 2008.
