SHIPS (CAPITAL GRANTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 53 - REG 6.
Regulation 4B (Prescribed maximum crew number—categories under regulation 4A)
6.1
Regulation 4B:
Omit "the category", substitute "a category".
6.2
Regulation 4B:
Omit "regulation 4A", substitute "subregulations 4A (1), (2), and (3)".
6.3
Regulation 4B:
Add at the end:
"(2) The maximum crew number in relation to the category of ships under
subregulation 4A (4) is 14.".
