SUPERANNUATION (CSS) FORMER ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 205 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Superannuation (CSS) Former Eligible Employees Regulations (Principal Regulations) to allow persons specified in the relevant Schedules to the Principal Regulations to access their benefits in the same circumstances as those which apply to other persons who have deferred benefits or postponed benefits as appropriate under the Superannuation Act 1976.
