Persons not included in the definition of "eligible employee"


  Regulation 4 of the Superannuation (Eligible Employees) Regulations is
amended by adding at the end the following paragraph:
  "(zf)  persons (including persons specified in a direction given under
section 11, 12, 13 or 14 of the Act) who are members of the Legislative
Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory.".
