SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE (LEARNING TOGETHER -- ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH CHOICE AND OPPORTUNITY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 37 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Schools Assistance (Learning Together -Achievement Through Choice and Opportunity) Regulations 2005 (the Principal Regulations) to change funding amounts specified for a number of programs for the program years 2007 and 2008. The effect of the Regulations is to carry over funding from the 2007 to the 2008 program year for each specified program, under section 123A of the Act. Updated funding amounts are also specified for the 2006 program year.
