Commencement


  1. (1) Subregulation 3 (1) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and
including 4 January 1988.
  (2) Subregulation 3 (2) shall be deemed to have taken effect from and
including 8 February 1988.

Principal Regulations


  2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Superannuation
(Approved Authorities) Regulations.

Approved authorities


  3. (1) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:
  "A.C.T. Institute of Technical and Further Education" after:
  "Aboriginal Sacred Sites Protection Authority".
  (2) Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:
  "Canberra Institute of the Arts" after:
  "Canberra Commercial Development Authority".
