Minimum retiring age


  Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended by
adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following paragraphs:
 "(z)  an officer or employee of the Australian National Railways Commission;
 (za)  an officer or employee of the High Court of Australia.".
