1983 No. 75 SUPERANNUATION (RETIRING AGE) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Minimum retiring age 
Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Retiring Age) Regulations is amended by
inserting after paragraph (1) (h) the following paragraph:

" (ha) the holder of the office of Director-General of Security;".
