1.   Amendment


  1.1   The Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations are
amended as set out in these Regulations.
(NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal:  see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48)

2.   Regulation 5 (Prescribed offices and appointments for the purposes of
paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Act)


  2.1   Add at the end:
  "(g)  the office of Deputy Managing Director of the Export Finance and
Insurance Corporation, being the office referred to in subsection 71 (3) of
the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation Act 1991.".
