RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS TAXES COLLECTION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 142 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Radiocommunications Taxes Collection Regulations (the Regulations) to correct an anomaly in the operation of the exemptions in the Regulations arising from outdated references to the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 in the Regulations.
