RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 105 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Retirement Savings Accounts Regulations 1997 implementing the Government's 2009-10 Budget measure to halve the minimum payment amounts for account-based pensions and make minor changes to clarify the operation of the payment rules for account based pensions.
