SCHEDULE 1 SCHEDULE 2 1986 No. 41 RURAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1 Principal Regulations 1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Rural Industries Research Regulations. 1986 No. 41 RURAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 Interpretation 2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of "leviable grain legumes". 1986 No. 41 RURAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3 3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted: Prescribed levies and classes of levies "4. (1) The levy specified in Column 2 of an item in Schedule 1 is declared to be, with effect from the day specified in Column 3 of that item, a prescribed levy. "(2) The levies specified in Column 2 of an item in Schedule 2 are declared to be, with effect from the day specified in Column 3 of that item, a prescribed class of levies.". 1986 No. 41 RURAL INDUSTRIES RESEARCH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4 4. The Principal Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following regulation and Schedules: Special Research Fund "7.
