Display and inspection of licence


  1. Regulation 9 of the Radiocommunications (Licensing and General)
Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (5) "produces evidence
of his authority" and substituting-
  "produces-
    (a)  in the case of an inspector referred to in paragraph 3 (5) (a) or
        (b)
of the Act-the identity card issued to the inspector under sub-section 68 (1)
of the Act; or
    (b)  in the case of an inspector referred to in paragraph 3 (5) (c) of
the
Act-evidence of his or her authority as a member (other than a special member)
of the Australian Federal Police or of the police force of a Territory.".
