  1.1   The Resource Assessment Commission Regulations are amended as set out
in these Regulations.

  2.1   Subregulation (1):
Omit "subsections 37 (1) and (2)", substitute "subsections 38 (1) and (2)".
  2.2   Subregulation (2):
Omit "paragraph 37 (3) (a)", substitute "paragraph 38 (3) (a)".
