Schedule 2 to the Quarantine (Plants) Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted: SCHEDULE 2 Regulation 6 TABLE OF FEES sample 7 Examination of a consignment of household effects or plant products not included in Item 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 $10 for the first cubic metre, or part of a cubic metre, and $2.50 for each additional cubic metre, or part of a cubic metre, in the consignment 8 Examination of a container system unit but not of the goods (if any) in it $2 per container system unit with a minimum charge of $10 per consignment 9 Examination of goods transmitted by mail $5 per postal article 10 Examination (verification) of goods where documentation is required for quarantine clearance $10 per service 11 Examination of goods in a consignment, being an examination for which a fee is not elsewhere specified in this table $0.50 per unit within that consignment, with a minimum charge of $10 and a maximum charge of $200 per consignment 12 Fumigation of a consignment of goods in tanks- where the consignment does not exceed 0.5 cubic metre . . . . . . . . . . . . $10 where the consignment exceeds 0.5 Supervision of the performance of quarantine by goods or plants in a consignment of goods or plants, being a service to which none of Items 16, 17, 18,19 and 20 applies $20 per consignment 22 Care of a consignment of plants (other than plants referred to in Item 23) performing quarantine at a Government nursery $2 per plant, bulb, corm, rhizome or tuber with a minimum charge of $20 per consignment 23 Care, including preliminary inspection and treatment, of plants derived from seed, in a holding space at an approved place where the holding space is part of a Government nursery $100 per cultivar or line 24 Lodgment of a form approved by the Director in accordance with regulation4 $3 per form 25 The performance of a service with respect to goods in a consignment of goods, being a service for which a fee is not elsewhere specified in this Schedule A fee calculated at the rate of $20 per hour, or part of an hour, of the total of the periods worked by every person rendering the service 1984
