1983 No. 57 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Notwithstanding the repeal of regulation 98AA by regulation 1, where,
before the commencement of these Regulations, regulation 98AA applied to an
officer, regulation 98AA continues to apply to that officer-

   (a)  in the case where sub-regulation 98AA (1A) applied-for a period of two
        consecutive calendar years beginning on 1 January 1983; or

   (b)  in the case where sub-regulation 98AA (3) applied-for a period of one
        calendar year beginning on 1 January 1983.
