1981 No. 9 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 89 of the Public Service Regulations is amended- following
paragraph:

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2) and substituting the

"(a) if a cook is provided by the Department-at the rate of $8.90 per day;
and";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2) "$4.30" and
        substituting "$5.20";

   (c)  by omitting sub-regulation (4);

   (d)  by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (5A) "$2.85" and
        substituting "$3.20";

   (e)  by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (5A) "$2.85" and
        substituting "$3.20"; and

   (f)  by omitting sub-regulation (7).
