1979 No. 9 PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 89 of the Public Service Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation
        (2) " $6.30 " and substituting " $7.20 ";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation
        (2) " $3.50 " and substituting " $3.95 ";

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2) " $3.80 " and
        substituting " $4.00 ";

   (d)  by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (5A) " $2.55 " and
        substituting " $2.65 "; and

   (e)  by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (5A) " $2.55 " and
        substituting " $2.65 ".
