Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged Lands)
(Registration Fees) Regulations.

Interpretation


  2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
   "the Act" means the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Registration Fees) Act
1967.

Prescribed amount


  3. For the purposes of each provision of the Act specified in column 2 of an
item in the Schedule, the amount specified in column 3 of that item is
prescribed.
