1986 No. 42 POULTRY INDUSTRY LEVY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 3 of the Poultry Industry Levy Regulations is repealed and the
following regulation substituted: "3. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1)
(a) of the Act the amount of 4.9 cents is prescribed.

"(2) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Act the amount of 0.1 cent
is prescribed.".
