PRIMARY INDUSTRIES (EXCISE) LEVIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 5) (SLI NO 249 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999 to maintain the increased rate of the rice industry levy (at $3) for a further three years to assist the rice industry to continue to meet its financial commitments during the drought and also increases the PHA component of the levy.
