PRIMARY INDUSTRIES (CUSTOMS) CHARGES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 283 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Primary Industries (Customs) Charges Regulations 2000 to increase the rate of levy imposed on cattle producers by $1.50 per transaction of adult cattle for a period of five years and to reduce the levy rates by $0.17 per transaction on 1 January 2007 and by a further $1.50 per transaction on 1 January 2011.
