Principal Regulations


  1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Overseas
Telecommunications Commission Regulations.

Repeal


  2. Regulations 7 and 8A of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

  3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is repealed.

  4. The Principal Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.

                     AMENDMENTS  OF  PRINCIPAL  REGULATIONS
  The following provisions of the Principal Regulations are amended by
omitting
"General Manager" (wherever occurring) and substituting "Managing Director":
  Regulations 5, 15, 16, 20, 21, 25, 28, 30 and 37.
