Regulation 4K (Periods for determination of reasonable benefit limits) OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 58 - REG 1. Amendment 1.1The Occupational Superannuation Standards Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations. OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1991 No. 58 - REG 2. Regulation 4K (Periods for determination of reasonable benefit limits) 2.1Paragraphs 4K (1) (a), (2) (a) and (4) (a): Omit "February" and "9 months", substitute "May" and "12 months" respectively. 2.2Subregulation 4K (5): Omit the subregulation, substitute: "(5) For the purposes of subsection 15K (8) of the Act, the period within which the Commissioner must revise a determination is: (a) if the application for revision is received before 1 May 1991--the period of 12 months after the person has applied to the Commissioner for revision of the determination, reduced by the number of days from the beginning of 1 July 1990 to the end of the day on which the application was made; or (b) if the application for revision is received on or after 1 May 1991--the period of 60 days after the person has applied to the Commissioner for revision of the determination.". __________________________________________________________ 1.
