Commencement


  1. These Regulations commence on the day of commencement of section 11 of
the OTC (Conversion into Public Company) Act 1988.

Schedule 2


  2. Schedule 2 to the Ombudsman Regulations is amended by inserting:
  "OTC Limited"
  after:
  "New Guinea Resources Prospecting Company Limited".

  3. Schedule 4 to the Ombudsman Regulations is amended by omitting:
  "Overseas Telecommunications Commission (Australia) General Manager"
and substituting:
