- Description:These Regulations amend the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Regulatory Levies) Regulations 2004 to set out the matters permitted or necessary to be prescribed to enable full and effective collection of annual titles administration levy and environment plan levy imposed by the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Regulatory Levies) Act 2003.
